 The existing temple of Narasimha (Narasingh) at Joshimath (30°33′3″N 79°33′30″E), also called as Narasingh Badri or Narasimha Badri, It is closely linked to the Bhavishya Badri (The Future Legend)  even though usually it is regarded as not one of the famous Panch Badri or Sapta Badri.  Sometimes, it may be included in the Sapta-Badri list instead of Ardha-Badri or Panch-Badri list instead of Dhyan Badri . The chief image of Narasimha is made out of the Shaligram stone, in the eighth century during the reign of king Lalitaditya Yukta Pida of Kashmir. Some believe the image is self-manifested (swayambhu). The image is 10 inches (25 cm) high and depicts the god sitting in the lotus position. It is believed that one arm of the image is getting emaciated with time and finally fall off. When the arm disappears, the main shrine of Badrinath will be closed to the world and Lord Badrinath will shift to Bhavishya Badri shrine.  सप्त बद्री सात पवित्र हिंदू मंदिरों का एक समूह है, जो भारत के उत्तराखंड राज्य के गढ़वाल हिमालय में स्थित भगवान विष्णु को समर्पित है। बद्रीनाथ मंदिर, जिसे बद्री विशाल कहा जाता है (ऊंचाई 3,133 मीटर (10,279 फीट)) सात मंदिरों में से एक प्रमुख मंदिर है। अन्य छह आदि बद्री, भाव्या बद्री, योगध्यान बद्री , वृद्धा बद्री, अर्ध बद्री और ध्यान बद्री। पंच बद्री मंदिर सर्किट में केवल पाँच मंदिर शामिल थे, जो अर्ध बद्री और आमतौर पर ध्यान बद्री (या कभी-कभी वृद्धा बद्री) से छूटे हुए थे। दुर्लभ रूप से नरसिंह बद्री को सप्त बद्री या पंच बद्री सूची में शामिल किया गया है।

 Pandukeshwar is a major site located on National Highway58 (NH58) in district Chamoli of Uttarakhand state.  The history of this place is associated with the Pandavas,. This is the place of Yogadhyana Badri, one of the "Panch Badri" of Uttarakhand. There is a rock here which is known as Pandava rock.
